Can I get a refund for my custom and/or personalized order?
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. No refunds will be given.

What if I order the wrong item?
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. Please pay attention to which item you are purchasing and the details of that item.

How long will it take to make my order?
3-5 BUSINESS days for all embroidered items.

When will my order be delivered?
USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

First-Class Package Service® two and three-day service commitments will be extended to three and four days respectively. Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.

Can I get a refund on my order?
