Can I mail you something I own to monogram?
Unfortunately, we only embroider on the items that we provide for our customers. If you are looking for a specific product, please message us. 

Can I get a refund for my custom and/or personalized order?
All orders are final sale. No refunds will be given.

We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose.  

If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund. If we have made a mistake, please contact us at lolita@sewingseams.co within 2 days of receiving your order.

What if I order the wrong item?
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. Please pay attention to which item you are purchasing and the details of that item.

How long will it take to make my order?
The processing time for Sewing Seams embroidered items is 5-10 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. The processing time for all other products, including or partner fulfilled items, will vary from 3 - 10 business days. Processing time is the time it takes from when you place the order to when your order is shipped out of our facility. It does not include shipping time. We aim to send out your products as fast as possible, but during busy periods we may not be able to meet these timescales. You will receive an email and/or text message once your order ships. 

Can I pay for rush processing?
No, we do not offer rush processing. Every customer's order is important to us and it wouldn't be fair for someone to skip the line. 


When will my order be delivered?
All items will ship USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Select Ground, which will arrive in 2-9 business days. During the checkout process, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to another service or carrier. 

Can I Cancel My Order? 
Once an order is submitted, there is a limited window of when it can be cancelled. You have 24 hours from submitting your order to cancel it. However, once your item(s) have been created, we cannot cancel the order even if it's within the 24 hour window. All made items will ship. 

Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?

No, changes are not allowed after placing an order. However, if it's a big deal for you, message us and we'll try to assist you. The quicker you reach out, the better the chances we can assist.

What of I enter the wrong shipping address?

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to change the course of delivery. The customer will be responsible for re-purchasing a new item, if the orginal shipment is not returned to us by the delivery service.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail or says 'delivered' but I did not receive it?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once an item leaves our hands, we have no control over it and we have the same tracking information available to us as you.  We are unable to provide additional information.
